Winter vegetables aren’t just something that you should eat during the warmer months of the year. Vegetables are packed full of nutrients, and should be enjoyed all year long.

Radicchio can be grown year round, but it has a more appealing flavor during the winter. It also tends to be cheaper during this time of year.
- Sweet Potatoes
Also known as yams, sweet potatoes are a cold weather staple. They are frequently used in holiday dishes.
